We run a selection of holiday clubs and courses for children aged from 4 to 13 years to keep children entertained over the school holidays. Our courses don’t just provide holiday childcare, they offer an educational experience and the chance for children to learn something new. Children from all over the local community including Haslemere, Petersfield and Midhurst are welcome to attend our holiday clubs as well as Highfield pupils.

This half term children will discover the joy of the great outdoors with our bushcraft course.
Set in our beautiful woodland, this two-day adventure is packed with hands-on activities designed to spark curiosity and confidence in nature. Children will learn how to build their own shelters using natural materials, create simple crafts inspired by the woodland environment and take part in a variety of fun, forest games. They’ll also be guided through the safe and rewarding process of fire-making, cooking over fire and basic first aid and safety, developing practical bushcraft skills along the way.
Please note: this course takes place entirely outdoors, whatever the weather, so children should come dressed in warm, waterproof clothing. We’ll only head inside if conditions become unsafe.

Kick off the half term with our action packed Football course. Designed for boys and girls aged 5-13yrs, the course offers plenty of opportunities to develop skills, build confidence and most importantly, have fun.
Children will be grouped by age, ensuring activities, games and coaching are suited to their stage and ability. From exciting skills and challenges to small-sided matches and team games, each day will keep young players active, engaged and enjoying the beautiful game. Whether they’re new to football or already love playing, everyone is welcome.

PLEASE NOTE: The core football coaching runs from 10am–3pm, with extended hours from 9am–4pm for families who need additional flexibility.
Children arriving from 9am or staying until 4pm will be supervised by our staff and take part in relaxed activities outside of the main coaching programme.

Hannah and the fantastic team from Corylus Collective are back to deliver 2 days of hands-on nature crafting fun.
Each day, the children will discover new ways to get creative with nature, making four unique pieces using natural materials they find around them. Activities might include bark rubbing, twig weaving, nature crowns, clay nature prints, seed mosaics, woodland mobiles, acorn creations and much more. They’ll also explore our enchanting woodland, collecting natural treasures and inspiration to turn into their own imaginative creations.

Our 45min private tennis lessons offer focused, personalised coaching designed to help every child grow in confidence and skill. Whether your child is picking up a racket for the first time or looking to sharpen their technique, our experienced Head Coach will tailor each session to suit their individual needs in a supportive and encouraging environment.

We are delighted to be offering 4-day intensive group lessons with Adam and Louisa this summer. The lessons are 45mins long and there are 4 levels available as shown below.
BEGINNER 1 – 9am and 10:30am
For children with limited swimming experience who are building water confidence. They will learn to submerge, kick across the width of the pool using floats or woggles and gain confidence in the water. The instructor will be in the pool throughout.
BEGINNER 2 – 9:45am
For children who are confident to fully submerge in shallow water and can kick across the pool using floats or woggles but cannot yet swim strokes.
EARLY SWIMMER – 9am and 9:45am
For children who can swim unaided using basic front crawl and backstroke. Lessons take place out of their depth, so children must be confident in deeper water.
INTERMEDIATE – 10:30am
For children who can swim front crawl, backstroke, basic breaststroke leg kick and basic butterfly leg kick, but are still developing full strokes. Lessons take place in the deep end, so confidence in deep water is essential.

Our gymnastics course run by the fantastically talented and qualified Denise Ogilvie offers children of all levels the chance to learn and improve their gymnastics skills.
Gymnastics is a great way for children to build and improve the key components of fitness; core stability, flexibility, strength and balance. Open to all abilities, the course will cover floor, vault, springboard and trampette work. Bar and floor beam may also be available this year. There will also be opportunity to continue work on the British gymnastics badge scheme for those children who have already started and would like to achieve a higher badge or for those new to the scheme a chance to achieve their first award in gymnastics skills.

The fantastic team from Liphook Golf Club return to deliver another fun and engaging golf course. The course is aimed at children from beginner to intermediate level and the team will tailor the activities to each child’s individual ability and learning style.
Beginners will start with the basic fundamentals such as proper grip, stance and posture and breaking down the swing into simple movements focussing on building a foundation. Those with a bit more experience will work on developing their existing skills including their full swing mechanics of rotation, weight transfer and balance and by experimenting with different shots and approaches to establish their own style.

Touch typing isn’t just for adults, learning it as a child not only helps them succeed at school, it provides an essential skill for their entire life.
This course will be run by our in house touch typing expert Heidi Stedman. The course will use the TTRS (Touch Type, Read and Spell) curriculum which suits all children, but is especially beneficial for those with dyslexia. Every child on the course will have access to the TTRS app for one month after the course, so they can practise.
The group is kept small – no more than 8 children, meaning children will have plenty of individual support and attention.
